Don't even waste your time unless you want to be insulted. Today I went to Cycle Visions because I need a repair on my scooter and their ad said they do scooter repairs. They don't do scooter repairs and they don't like people who ride scooters.

One of my other goals was to ask about upgrading to a motorcycle. When I asked the guy what he would recommend, I told him that I wanted to upgrade from a scooter. I saw a Honda Rebel for sale outside and a few other non-Harley's but the sales guys response to me was that all they have is Harley's and they all start at $20,000, so basically take your cheap scooter and beat it. For all he knows I could have been prepared to make a purchase today, but his insulting attitude and dismissiveness would prevent me from ever returning there or recommendng it to anyone who wants to be respected and treated with courtesy. He was not friendly or nice in any manner and I am surprised that in this day someone who sells something so expensive could be so mismatched for their position.

Instead of asking me any questions or even giving me the time of day, he dismissed me, and walked away. As a business owner myself, if I saw one of my employees treating a potential client like that, I would fire him on the spot. Avoid Cycle Visions.

Awesome guys at Cycle Vision!! We got a deal on a sweet ride and they helped us with everything we needed. The bike selection is amazing and you couldn't ask for better service. I would definitely go back to rent a bike again. They made our trip to San Diego even better than we imagined it would be. Thanks!!

I like the good work they do here. I also like that the guys will talk to you about stuff if you want to change gearing or tire size, stuff like that. they are well informed and have lots of good information.

I came here looking for parts and some advice and technical info. The guy at the parts counter had plenty of it and I was very impressed by his knowledge.

I took my bike here recently for a new cam and jetting, then had the whole thing dyno tuned. It still looks just like a fat boy but it doesnt move like one anymore!

I had my bike here last week for some injector or FI problems. They got it straightened out and all is smooth again.

I've brought my bike to your shop a couple times and have been pleased with your work. I even got a follow up call months later to make sure everything is still running ok.

Check and approve every move the mechanics make. Get a written estimate before permission to work on the bike is given, retrieve your old parts, and think twice before major repairs are permitted.



Be totaly satisifed with the work performed before accepting your bike back from them. LOOK CLOSE! BEWARE!
