I'm am the owner of a very expensive Corvette, who has been taken advantage of. I tend to look at the best in everyone, but in this case I cannot turn the other cheeek. A $396.11 oil change yesterday, and a 6 foot puddle of oil under my Corvette this morning screams INCOMPETENCE! They stripped the oil pan bolt, Jerry rigged it back in place, and created a very expensive mistake. My Corvette had to be towed to a recommended competent mechanic here in San Diego. Aside from this, I don't appreciate upselling and taking advantage of u suspecting customers. One word of caution. BEWARE...

Worked with Harold and Dee Dee... Got me the car I wanted for the price I ask... Plus called me two days after the sell to give me a 3% better interest rate...

Their service department tell you one thing and when you get there, they retract what they said... go figure, you bail out a company and service means nothing to them. Their service advisor was very nice though. Get your quotes in writing and make them stick to it.

If you're looking for a sports car like a Corvette, or an SUV like a Taho, you have to go see Courtesy. Their name speaks for itself. Not only are they courteous and professional but they understand the importance of "properly educating" their customers and then allowing them to buy whatever product or service meets their needs.



In a large city, like San Diego, I would never have anticipated such fantastic "small town" service. They really personalized the sale. Also, they understand the importance of following through even after the sale to make certain they have a "very satisfied" customer. This was a unique experience.
