THEY CHANGED THEIR NAME TO A PLUS AUTO SALES THANKS FOR SLANDERING OUR NAME. WHY DON'T YOU CORRECT YOUR REVIEW. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CONNECTION BETWEEN THEM AND US. GET IT RIGHT PIRATE LADY!!!

I bought a car from Best Buy Auto Sales in Jan with a 3 month warranty. The guy was very to work with or it seemed liked he cared. But a few weeks later I found out 2 CV Boots were broken prior (not covered under warranty) to us buying the car. As that was being repaired I found out that there was a hole in the windshield wiper tank that was covered with DUCKTAPE, yes I said DUCKTAPE, next there was a leak in the oil pan, and the check engine light came on. This all happened about a month or so after buying the car. Than two weeks later the transmission went out on the car which will cost $1100 to fix. Now its better I go to call in the claim the warranty was never submitted. I was told they forgot and I guess this is not the first time this has happened there. So they said it would take 48 hours to submit the warranty(they said they would call us when it was submitted, well no phone call), so my car has to sit there and not be worked on until it is submitted. Mind you I have to work and have no car to get around. So when they submitted it they back dated the form to look like it was done in Jan. a very crooked business. So now all I am asking from them is to pay for the car to be fixed, and they wont do it. They said the car was inspected well I dont think so.
