I have had trouble with dentists in the past, so when I moved to San Diego I was nervous about finding a new one. I don't have a fear of dentist, it's just really hard to find a good one that is reasonably priced and will work with you. I had a colleague recommend Dr. Stevens after he had his wisdom teeth pulled last minute on a budget and loved him. I have been going to him now for 2 years. I had a crown re-done and he worked with me on payments and did amazing work. He even helped me with a retainer to straighten out my front teeth months before my wedding. He's personable and does great work! I have referred everyone I know to Dr. Stevens, and everyone who has gone has had the same experience. Even my husband, who HATES going to the dentist, was thoroughly impressed. I am moving from San Diego in a few weeks and I'm getting in one last appointment before I go. Dr. Stevens will be one of the things I miss most about San Diego...it's just plain hard to find a good dentist!

I am a big wimp when it comes to going to the dentist. But Dr. Stevens and his staff were super friendly and made me feel super comfortable. I had to have a filling fixed and it didn't hurt and it was done perfect.. I definitely recommend them!

Yes, Dr. Stevens and his staff are very nice - but the quality of work is inferior. It also took 2 times as long as stated (3 months!). And they did not seem to care that I was not satisfied...I will have the work redone when I can afford it...

I didn't know what to do about my ugly front teeth...I had crowns placed about 10 years ago and I have always hated them...Dr.Stevens placed new beautiful, natural looking crowns and I LOVE THEM!
