  • Voicemail - We can offer your callers the option to leave a message in your personal voicemail box or to take a message. The operators answer your calls and send them to your own personalized voicemail box that you check at your convenience. Many times we dispatch urgent/important calls to a cell phone or office and send routine calls to a voicemail. We also offer an email notification every time you receive a new voicemail. This saves your staff from having to check in with us for messages.
  • Text Messaging - Prefer your messages in writing to your phone? Get your messages sent to you via text to your small handheld device to ensure timely response to your customers.
  • Reception Service - Whether we are your part time or full time receptionist; we are here to offer excellent coverage for your business needs. Many of our clients use our service as their primary receptionist. We answer their calls like we are in your office. We get the callers name and then patch the calls to your desk or to your voicemail, cell phone, residence, smart phone (blackberry), etc.
