Love the view the meal was so so. We had a great window seating and the service was great. The waitress was very pleasant and personable but the prices were a bit high and the food was average, I guess you pay for the view.
Had a nice dinners. Pricey but all seafood is expensive. Loved the king crab legs and shrimp. We received excellent service. The strawberry cheese cake was excellent. The restaurant overlooks the harbor. It is original 50s style decor but don't let that stop you. My recommendation is to sit as close to the windows as possible for a good view. I observed people sitting in the booths along the back wall and their experience probably was not that good. It is darker and you don't get the view. We sat in the middle of the restaurant and had a good view. Get there before it gets totally dark for the best viewing and watch the sunset.

Being a resident of San Diego for many years, I tend to stay away from tourist spots but I was invited to have lunch there .\r
The view in the dining area is second to none but the entrance and the dining room itself have the feel of a bargain casino from the 80s.The food is not much better. Nothing seemed fresh and not surprizingly tasted frozen. Everything on our plates was fried and breaded. \r
Presentation on the plate also was also stuck in the 80s. Sadly enough, unjustified prices on the menu are more for the view than for the quality - or lack of it - of the food. Stay away or just have a drink for the view and eat elsewhere. San Diego has so much better to offer.
Had lunch here. Eeveryone enjoyed their meals. The pasta and salmon was excellent as were the New England Clam Chowder, and Shrimp Louis Salad. We ordered the seasonal 1/2 Lobster and Crab Legs dinner. Another member of our party ordered the 1/2 Lobster & Steak dinner. In both cases the "in season" lobster was dry and tough. The wait service was excellent. The pasta meals were reasonably priced. The Lobster dinners turned out to be over-priced at $40. The view of the harbor was beautiful. We would return but I wouldn't order the lobster.

My friends and I were visiting from out of town and walked to this place (near our hotel). We ordered the calamari for appetizer and it was delicious and cooked to perfection! My boyfriend ordered fish tacos and they were delicious, I ordered the Kabob (recommended by our waitress) and each item was delicious and cooked to the perfect texture. The rice pilaf wasn't really liked by my friends but the cole slaw was also delicious. HIGHLY Recommend this place!!
