After 4 years in the USMC I started having a lot of lower back pain from carry so much weight in our packs. I couldn't sleep or run or sit up at my computer. I tried many forms of yoga and stretching, which helped a little. One day at a friends birthday I was having casual conversation with a gentleman named Bruno, and told him about my back pain. He told me that he ran a local Pilate Studio named The Body Alchemist and I to come in that week. I had heard about Pilate workouts before but never tried it. Let me just say this, I'm in good shape, and work out a lot, but Bruno rocked me, with out even trying. Bruno had me start by lying on my back and perform a few simple exercises . Immediately he could see and tell me exactly where I hold my stress, which muscles where weak, unbalanced and tight. Bruno's understanding of anatomy was very educational and helped me to understand why I was doing the exercises, and what was going on in my body while I was doing them. I never realized how many muscles I was ignoring in my workouts, and how often I was cheating, or using other muscles to compensate for my weak ones. After my first session I started feeling relief in my lower back, and soreness in muscles I didn't even know existed. After 3 sessions my back pain was gone completely. I sleep well, can run stronger and longer, and see changes in my posture and physique. I've now gone for about 4 months once a week and I love it. I highly recommend The Body Alchemist for anyone with any physical, muscle or joint pain. The entire staff is amazing and you'll feel stronger, younger and just all around awesome.

The City of San Diego Police Department could meet, or exceed, their yearly quota of speeding violaters if they would set up a "speed trap" at the junction of Soledad Mountain Road and Sagebrush Court. This spot is just north of where Soledad Road meets Soledad Mountain Road, above where the Soledad Mountain Road landslide happened. Drivers coast through the stop sign at Soledad Road and Soledad Mountain Road and by the time they arrive at Sagebrush Court/Drive, they are speeding at 60-70 miles per hour. We have children in our neighborhood, joggers, bikers that ride up to the Soledad Cross and people crossing the road after a walk who have come very close to being run down by speeders that are not only speeding but also think that the bike lane is for passing other drivers. This is one of the most dangerous stretches of road in San Diego County. We have asked for speed bumps, but to no avail. So, if you want to make a ton of money to help out the San Diego County budget, try a speed trap at the Soledad Mountain Road and Sagebrush Drive crossroad. I doubt if this email will do any good, but everyone has to try to do their part to save our children, bikers, pets and neighbors. Thank you.
My husband and I own a Contractor business and we are in a very competitive market. We realized a couple years ago that we needed to beef up our marketing, because business was more scarce. We beefed up the marketing we had been doing for years, that is direct marketing, news paper ads, magazine ads and some other stuff. After a year of doing this we had no return. No kidding, NO return! Needless to say, we wasted so much money. To make a long story short, we learned marketing had changed and people look online now for everything. We hired Local Marketing Suite to help us with this transition and they were extremely helpful. Not only did they explain in laymen terms how the internet now works concerning business, they walked us through a couple strategies to choose from. Local Marketing Suite built us a great website, plugged us in all the online directories, did graphic design for new business cards, and got us showing on Google & Yahoo on the first page. We have consistently been picking up business since four months after we hired Local Marketing Suite. Nearly all our business now comes from people finding us online. They truly are local marketing experts.
