In Cahoots is fun and can calm my nerves when I really start missing Texas, not necessarrily because of the bar itself, but the music is good and all the southern people that have moved here tend to gravitate there, which is nice. The line dancing, on the other hand, is THE MOST ridiculous thing I have ever seen. No one from the south really does that, it's almost offensive. It's cowboy wannabe's that get together and learn "step" line dancing, makes me sick.

This is a great place to eat, drink and shoot pool. This is one of the few places in San Diego where you can take your teenagers in and watch a game on one of the many TV's while enjoying some great food. The only reason it didn't get five stars is because their days of operation are a bit limited. Call before going downtown! It is located enough on the cusp of the club and restaurant area that even parking is comparitively easy!
This was the first bar I found when exploring O.B. and now I go back every weekend! Shelly the daytime bartender is amazing, great sense of humor and so fun. This place has a great juke box, the regulars listen to a lot of old country and blues. Def my home away from home!
