We have been taking our dogs to the Holly Street Pet Hospital for many years and they have always provided wonderful care. While the majority of the staff is friendly & helpful, 1 star was deducted because there is opportunity for improvement. A (male) tech gave me attitude when I declined to learn how to administer an IV for home use on one of my dogs. I just wan't comfortable with the process no matter how many times he tried to convince me otherwise. Also, although health care in the pet world is never cheap, there have been a couple occassions when I felt the veterinarian seemed a little too eager to offer costly tests or procedures.
Overall, I give a high recommend for this hospital because of their quality of care. Eric Christenson is our absolute favorite DVM. He is thorough, informative, gentle & kind- not only to the animals but also their humans. =)
