True Japanese Food

Finally....It seems there are very few authentic Japanese restaurants in San Carlos. Others I've visited have lacked the true culture of a Japanese restaurant, including food, service, and ambiance. Ganko Sushi is a modest and small restaurant, which could use a touch of paint, but the food is good and the staff know Japanese food.
