WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE. The re...

WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE. The repairman came and fixed the washer part of our stackable one unit washer/dryer. Came on time and was efficient in fixing problem. However he did not connect the dryer vent back up and I was worried that gas, there is a gas valve attached, was coming in the house. I called the company in the AM after talking to the tech who said my unit was electrical only. It is not. The extremely unprofessional receptionist was only concerned with the money aspect, not the safety of my family or my newborn infant. She hung up on me three times and then told me she was going home because I was giving her a headache. Im sure it would not be equal to the headache my family would have if we had gas coming through the house. If I had not mentioned to my friend at work about the dryer, I would have been ignorant to the gas danger. I asked to speak with the manager but she refused, but was willing to call him to notify him she was going home. Then the tech called and said he would come out in the evening and fix the problem, but never showed up or answer his phone. I am not an expertise on HVAC and I expect that the tech should have reattached all hoses on a combined unit. Please dont patronize this company, all will go well if the repair does, but if it doesnt they have no interest in fixing the problem.

Great Company to work with for any appliance repair you have

I called Bay Air HVAC on a very very cold and rainy day to service my furnace, not only they were very fast in responding to my need, the same day and whithin hours, they also knew what they were doing. One of there service technicians repaired my furnaces withing hours it is been runnign amazing without problems for a year now!!! and it is 15years old!!! Amazing.

I have called them back again to work on my fridge, which wasnt cooling over the summer, again they responded quicckly, and they fixed it and they had a very fair price for the amazing service they did. they are very organized and they clean after themselves.

I would give them 10 starts if i can definitely the best company to call for your repair is Bay Air HVAC.

Efficient, but pricing might be suspect

The repairman who came did an excellent job. He quickly determined the problem was not the compressor, but a short in my fuse box. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a quote. My only concern was the price. He seemed to almost come up with a price out of thin air. I wonder if the price would have been lower if he had not just walked through my living room and seen my new HD LCD. If you are looking for a service that has their costs upfront for a specific service, then look elsewhere. I know I would be much happier if I knew that the price he came up with is the same everywhere.

I used this company based on the other reviews, and am overall happy. But next time I will probably go with a company that has more transparent pricing.

Overall
air conditioning installation

My experience with Bay Air HVAC services was great from the beginning to the finish. I started with a simple phone call and they took care of the rest. I would say the secretary was very helpful and the technicians showed on time and did a great job. I will recommend Bay Air to the people that want good service with no Hassles.
