I recently purchased a TV from this Conns location. It was a reduced price Samsung model and was covered under a one year warrantee with the manufacture. Long story short the TV had a small issue. I notified Samsung who held the warrantee. They came and picked it up only to tell me a week later that they wouldn't fix it. I then called Conns. I spoke with the store manager within 24 hrs who listen to my situation. He told me to bring the TV in and they would let me trade for the value of the TV. I just thought this review to be important because most reviews of Conns are bad, but I do have to say that my problem was resolved quickly and fairly, and they do deserve credit for doing so. I'm giving them 4 stars due to the comparison of how Samsung handled themselves and how Conns did. The lesson here. DON'T BUY SAMSUNG, and avoid floor models, and Conns (at this location!) won't be a bad place to shop.
Cindy has been taking care of myself and son for over 14 years at our home in Leon valley. She has sold me 2 separate pairs of washers and dryers. She has always honored her warranty. and then some, and she has never sold me a piece of junk. I am a Independant working Mother in my late 30's and I work alot. I would rather deal with Cindys schedule and pay her for my repairs than any Well Known Appliance repair shop and any no name craigs lister with a couple appliances to buy, I recently referred her to my sister whom just moved a wee bit out of town and she is dropping off their gently used Washer and Dryer For a great deal and a discount for travel time. If you have a question she will give you a honest answer.
I had my refrigerator freezer fixed on Saturday, July 2. Originally the visit was scheduled for Thursday but because of over scheduling, it was changed to Saturday. the young man came in and went right to work, took the bad part out and said that he had this part in his truck. He went to the truck and then came back in and put the new pat in. This took less than 15 minutes...or rather he was gone in 15 minutes and my refrigerator freezer was on the road back to getting cold again. I believe that his name was Ray Cervantes and if I ever need repairs on my Kenmore appliances, I hope that he will be the one to come out.
