I am a small business owner of a residential/commercial cleaning service in the San Antonio metro area. I was in need of five phones for my employees because in my line of business it is imperative that I stay in constant communication with them. I went to Mobile Wireless Generation because it is on the way to my office. When I walked in I was greeted by two very pleasant employees that immediately helped me out by answering all my questions. First of all, I did not know what provider to go with. I had AT&T for the last 4 years and was not satisfied with their service or their coverage, so I wanted to switch. Mobile Wireless Generation to my surprise offers Sprint/Nextel, Verizon, and Boost Mobile. When I told the customer sales rep what I needed she made two recommendations and then let me decide which I liked best. I must say she was very knowledgeable on the phones, accessories and plans. She answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I decided to go with Verizon Wireless because of the flexability of the plans and the network coverage. I also opted to add the family locator to my plan because it allows me to check the locations of my employees when they are out on job sites. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Mobile Wireless Generation. They have definitely earned my business.

have been a customer with Sprint for years but have been looking around for another carrier since Sprint refused to grandfather my 5G hotspot in order to keep it unlimited. On April 25, 2014, I went to this location with an attitude. When I arrived, I noticed Verizon was nearby where I was planning to go if I did not get satisfaction at Sprint. To my surprise, I received the best customer service ever from Lead Ruston Scott. Sprint needs to employ more experienced salespersons like Ruston Scott. With his expertise, I was able to upgrade to a new phone, losing my 5GB hotspot, however Ruston was able to get me a free hotspot device which will give me the option to make my monthly bill lower. Sorry Verizon but Ruston saved me a walk to your store, a couple of doors down
I called and talked with Manny, I have an HTC EVO phone and the battery sucks, but Manny told me about an extended battery for my phone. He was very helpful and actually took the time to answer all my questions. I was impressed with him because this was the 4th store I had either called or actually went to about my phone and at all other stores I got the run around. I will be going there today to buy the extended battery for my phone. Thanks a bunch Manny!!!
