R and R’ owner, Richard, per onally vi ited with me on numerou occa ion , holding-my-hand through the entire proce , completely a uming the re pon ibility of coordinating my mortgage company, in urance company and in pector , fighting for me. He identified item which were left out and hould have been included, which are thing non-roofing peciali t like my elf and average homeowner would not at all be aware of. The in urance company had already cut a check, ba ed on the third-party in pection, yet Richard coordinated with them and by ubmitting proper documentation, FORCED them to cut another check, until they ultimately paid the amount Richard believed I had coming to me. He provided me with multiple roofing tyle , color , material and brand , a he ha exten ive experience in roof of all type . He i al o a con cientiou bu ine man and coordinate multiple job with incredible efficiency, and the end re ult i ab olutely gorgeou (and I am extremely picky). He wa juggling everal job at he wa cheduling my home, one of which included a VERY well-known celebrity who could hire anyone, which peak to the quality and character of hi company. The only tre I encountered while having my roof replaced, wa attempting to remain calm while my mortgage company micro-managed every tep, dragging it out, reque ting and re-reque ting endle form , holding on to check , making it difficult to make fund available, numerou phone call , etc, which wa unnerving. I wa SO GRATEFUL to Richard, for tepping in and handling a huge portion of thi him elf, ultimately u ing hi knowledge to hold their feet-to-the-fire, relieving me of o much of headache . Another thing about R and R that I find virtually non-exi tent in today' world, particularly with ervice provider , i that I ALWAYS had the opportunity to peak with Richard, whenever nece ary. I recently incurred a lot of damage to my roof, window , vent , garage, facia, and other area of my hou e. All cau ed from a recent hail torm. It wa bad. Scott Saltz took the call and cheduled an appointment to offer an e timate of co t of repair. Scott met with me and did an out tanding job of explaining the damage to my hou e. He pointed out what had to be done to repair and to re tore to like new condition all of the damage.
