SEE CRITICAL UPDATE BELOW! WHEN ORDERING FOUR CRISPY CHICKEN STRIPS FOR MY CHILD, I NOTICED THAT KFC'S MENU IN THAT COUNT RANGE WAS EITHER THREE OR SIX. IT WAS REDICULOUS FOR US TO LEARN THAT THE STAFF IS NOT ALLOWED TO SELL INDIVIDUAL STRIPS BUT INSTEAD MUST SELL THEM WITHIN THE DENOMINATIONS STATED ON THE MENU. WE HAD TO ORDER SIX STRIPS AT A HIGHER PRICE FOR A CHILD THAT WOULD ONLY EAT FOUR. KFC IS THE ONLY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IN TOWN THAT WILL NOT ADD (I.E., COST OUT) A SINGLE CHICKEN STRIP TO SATSIFY A CUSTOMER ORDER. THEY CERTAINLY HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY TO DO SO, AND IF THE COMPETITION IN SAN ANTONIO IS ALLOWING THIS (MEANING IT STILL MUST BE PROFITABLE), THEN THE ONLY ANSWER IS KFC IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ITS CUSTOMERS BY EMPLOYING FORCE-UP SALES TACTICS . I MAY GO BACK TO KFC IN ABOUT FOUR OR SIX MONTHS; HOWEVER, IF THIS SERVICE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE TO FEED MY FAMILY AGAIN. GREED DOES HAVE ITS DRAW BACKS. UPDATE: UNPRECEDENTED FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALL BY STORE MANAGER WITHIN ONE HOUR OF COMPLAINT ON KFC WEBSITE!!! I received a follow-up phone call by the store manager (Vernon) after I stated my complaint on the KFC corporate website. This is an unprecidented lightening quick follow-up for any retailer, much less a fast food chain. Vernon stated he has been managing this location for only four days now and said the information I received about KFC not being able to sell (cost out) one chicken strip was inaccurate. He vowed to make the corrections amongst the staff. BECAUSE HE WAS A+++ ON HIS FOLLOW-UP AND PROFESSIONAL IN THE PROCESS, I CHANGED MY ORIGINAL RATING FROM ONE STAR TO FOUR STARS. THANKS KFC, AND THANKS VERNON!
I discovered Hungry Howies while working at Fast Eddies and have been literally addicted ever since!! The address above is wrong they are on Bitters now in the shopping center next to the target right by the Luby's. If you do take my advice and go you have to try the ham and chesse calzone!! Th…

I ordered an 8 piece bucket for my parents and I and got everything I asked for. Everything looked and tasted good. I also ordered a three piece meal for my boyfriend. When he opened it up, the chicken pieces (2 drumsticks & 1 thigh) we almost mistook it for pretend doll food. He said tha…
16. Panda Express
I know that is is consider ""fast food"" but it is terrible and not reasonably priced. The portions are small, the meat is chopped so small that is there is hardly any meat in the dish. If the meat is fried you get mostly fried flour mixed in an sauce. The rice is hard and dry out. The food …

18. Sonic Drive-In
Awful customer service, very sloppy. Sonic itself is a great franchise but this location in particular had the worst customer service during the evening shift. I went there with my fiance, waited a good 15 minutes for the person in front of us. I figured it was because they ordered large and I w…
I ordered online. There were two people in line when I arrived. I walked up to the counter next to the sign for online orders (I'm supposed to be able to skip the line). Then, two more customers walked in. All of the walk-in customers were helped before I was. The employee who helped me did not …
25. Domino's Pizza
Terrible customer experience. The shady guy walked up from the back, not friendly or enthusiastic, and told me (referring to the employees standing around in the back) "they're all being ho's". What? I have him a $20 and we walked to the back with it for no reason. He then did the transaction an…

30. Pizza Hut
This is a review about the Thousand Oaks and Nacogdoches location. Phone number is 210-656-9344 Very poor service. Food takes about 2 hours and the drivers are very rude if you dont tip them. Will never order from Pizza Hut Again. PATHETIC!!
You have to try Chipotle. What makes the Burrito is that Chipotle try to use the freshest and friendliest ingredients. Thier motto is "Food With Integrity". It's a philosophy that we can always do better in terms of the food we buy. And when we say better, we mean better in every sense of the word- better tasting, coming from better sources, better for the environment, better for the animals, and better for the farmers who raise the animals and grow the produce. Plus thier hot salsa is truly awesome and not even close to bland. Try the chicken burrito. It's one of the best items there.
for tex-mex this isn't the place. Chipotle is based out of Denver so come on like they know true tex-mex, but they do a great job though. The concept is very smart though, if you get lucky you can get a decent size burrito for 6.75 (meaning they overstuff them a lot lol) very good. so im going to keep this short. you walk in, say what you like, they make it right before your eyes. you pay and you leave with a bag of goodness :D
He said that it tasted like it was fried in old oil. I felt so bad for him. The bucket of chicken was fine. I felt like I had been ganked.
I live about 25 miles outside of San Antonio and one of the many places we like to eat is at a Whataburger. The Burgers are good and the fries. Plus the end less fountain drinks but don't come on a Friday night because the employee are mad and act like they don't want to be here on a Friday night. The customer service has to improve with a smile.
Just tried In and Out. Fries appeared under cooked, but good quantity of fries. Hamburger size smaller than compeditors . Hamburger tasted good. Long line for drive thru. Friendly customer service. No flashy presentation of food. I was expecting a higher quality burger. Not at in and out. If you want basic In and Out is your place.
Got two burgers, frys, and drinks at this whataburger and the total came to $14.27! But, everything was good, although my thick and heart didn't have any lettuce or tomato. I guess I should have asked, but they might have charged me extra for them. You should just be prepared to pay "sit-down" restaurant prices when you go to whataburger
this is a great fast food restaurant! I can't believe it's not more popular than tacobell but you can't compare the two cause polo loco is really good food!!and taco bell is gross! I wish there where more polo locos in texas! cause I love it!
I brought my family here for dinner. The prices were fair, we had a coupon. The sandwiches were good. The service was average. I liked that they had a large selection of hot sauces for the customer to use!! I will go back.
If you haven't tried their grilled chicken you should know you're missing one of the best grilled chicken ever made, specially with the salsas and tortillas they offer, yummm Super fingerlickin'friggin'licious!
