My daughter really enjoyed learning to drive at Ayala. The owner/instructor is top-notch and very good with this generation of teenagers. The students all seemed to like him and paid attention in class, which is saying a lot for 4 nights a week, 2 hours a night for 4 weeks. All of the driving teachers were very qualified and treated the teens with respect. My only 'complaint' is that we weren't told in time that DPS required a certificate of attendance from her high school so my daughter was unable to get her permit over Christmas break (she has a December birthday). The attendance office at her school only provides the documents on Tuesdays and she didn't know to ask until the Thursday before break. They had very flexible hours for the actual driving lessons, which was great. Other than not having a printed checklist of required paperwork, this driving school provided excellent service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this driving school and feel like my daughter was comfortable behind the wheel right away.
I was going to make this review long and drawn out. I was going to include my fascinating driving history. I was going to delve into my early driving fears. And include some cliche over the top stuff about how I overcome them. But I'll save you from my "slow clap" original review and just say that Rhodes is the best. They are patient, kind, reliable, and will help you believe in yourself and in your own driving ability. Driving can be a very daunting thing, especially if you haven't had the experience and proper past instruction. Rhodes Driving School will work with you and your schedule. They won't quit on you. They'll continue to be that vital crutch, until they've inspired enough confidence in you to reach THAT day. That random foggy day, when you just get into a car and find yourself driving around the city. Some quick breaths here and there. But driving nonetheless. And strangely enough - enjoying it. Kinda. Thank you Beckie!!
Going into driving school i didn't know what to expect, but i can say that i couldn't have picked a better school than Rhodes Driving School. Here the staff is very friendly and they are more than happy to answer any questions one might have. Also, the students there are very friendly and comfortable with one another. Footage shown on driving is not boring but it's realistic by the means that it shows you what are what not to do. Overall my experience was fantastic, although i do recommend that there should be more activities related to driving ,because not only is it entertaining ,but it's a fun and simple way of learning.
