I really appreciated all the personal…
I really appreciated all the personal attention the staff members and dentist provided me at this office. They put on music of my choice and helped me relax with laughing gas. Dr Adham was very clear with my treatment options and very gentle when working on me. Since this is a smaller office, I didn't feel rushed at all and the staff took their time to do a meticulous job. Thanks!

The staff here are so nice!! I felt very taken care of and the dentist really took the time to get to know me and make a plan that worked best for me. Also, they've updated their office (digital xrays etc) which makes things go a lot faster!

I will never go back there again!
I will never go back there again! Ever! I went in there ready to get some admittedly long overdue work done but never did I anticipate such a loud and public lecture! I held my peace out of sheer courtesy and embarrassment - something apparently unknown to them, but I think it only fair to provide a review. It was belittling and uncalled for. I was polite the entire time as usual, but that didn't stop the loud mouthed staff members from yelling so everyone under the sun could hear PRIVATE information. If the apparent attempt at shaming me into getting the dental work there was the hard sell tactic, I can easily say they lost the sale. I'm taking my hard earned money somewhere they won't try to embarrass me.

We have discussed your concern with our staff and have taken steps to ensure our no one else feels the way you did. For example, as a part of our office upgrades, every room now has their own personal music system, so it is very difficult for voices to travel from room to room. Additionally, a new doctor was hired a week after you posted this review, and she is very conscientious about prioritizing the patient’s comfort and trust in our practice. I switched to this dentist recently. The staff is very nice. Parents are allowed to go into the rooms with their kids and they are very kid friendly.
