Westover Hills Rehabilitation Center

The staff is very slow to aid the residents. One time I went to see my mother and she smelled so badly because her pants were soiled and the bathroom walls and toilet were covered in feces. You could smell it coming down the hall so I know the aides could too. The floors were always dirty. Within a two year span I watched it go downhill very quickly.

My Mom has been there since November of 2014.

The medical staff is is very efficient and the aids are very helpful. My Mom has been treated very well. i have no complaints.

The smiling faces of employees on the website is laughable. No one is happy there and no one smiles. Some employees are just plain mean. There are some good ones but the bad ones far out number them. Understaffing is at it's worst at nights and on weekends and patients are treated badly. The administrator has no control. Don't take your loved ones there.
