  Frustrated

  OK so much for being computer smart. First of all, I get a marketing brochure in the mail to entice customers to your bank. That's all well and good. I then call the number indicated on the brochure. I get an answer and the lady tells me no that's not a bank bank but a mortgage company and you want a bank so here is the number. I then proceeded to tell her that's ok because, i will look for it further on the web page and she said "it wont be on there and you will need this number to find out, 210-856-5000, so i write it down while i concurrently am also still earching on line for the closest location. I then did a yellow page search and went ahead and called the number as stated. Hmmm, quiet to my dismay, busy signals for several minutes and repeated calls. Then finally another attempt to call and then a series of prompts. After, I press prompt 1 it then tells me sorry cant connect at this time. I cant believe the wasted time and energy I already have wasted all just to get a location and a number to a bank. I am very frustrated and in disbelief. I hope your internal customer service will not be this POOR.
