They have the worst customer service ever! Specially comming from a ""customer service"" phone clerk called GABY. She is rude and disrespectful with the customers. They harasses customers with their continuing calls and false invoices that they create to charge for services they didn't provide. They wanted to charge a suposed account balance that I supposedly had with them, when I don't even sign or wrote a contract with them. Then I told them that in that case, I didn't want their services anymore so they could stop harassing me because according to them I had an open account. Then, they also included in the allegated balance a CANCELLATION FEE. I was like "" WHAT??? no way r u kidding me!?"" , and this clerck Gaby V. got so furious by the phone that became crazy yelling over me about all the things they were going to do against me if I dont pay the allegated balance. Conclusion: This company is awful and their services are the worst in San Antonio TX! They don't treat customers or possible customers with respect! Very offensives! Go with other company! I'm with Tiger and I'm very pleased with their services..... this is real believe it or not! Please, beware! be careful with this company! Don,t waste your money or your time.

I decided to change waste services and they tried to bill us a full quarter premium.After some work,we got most of that waived.They still want 63.00 for not calling to let them know before hand.We sign no written contract or speak any verbal one either.So please be carefull with this company
Had a contract with waste mgmt and met the agreement. Now we can not get out of the contract unless we pay $400 + for a auto renewal/early cancellation fees, etc. I find it funny how I had been calling and letting this company now of our interest to cancel and there was no transferring of my call to certain reps to help with this interest or talk of a certified letter to be mailed into their company, etc....... we will be done with waste mgmt soon enough and never will we go back to them for any future service. Giving this company 1 star is a joke.
