Beware of the oil change service. The price listed online is not the same as in store. I had to show the online price for them to honor it. I asked if there is any other charges and he said no. Once I was called to pay, they told me I had to pay extra for the filter! I told them I was never told that and I should be charged for items that I did not authorize. They called the manager and he told me that we don't tell customers about these "extra" charges and that I would need to pay. He cut me off multiple times when I was talking too him and was argumentative from the start. I asked him if he was going to charge me for the extras and he said not this time, but he will in the future. The workers were openly mad at me for questioning The extra charges. Beware---these people are not professional and have a standard practice of charging customers extra hidden fees.

You can count on this Walmart for not having anything you order online in stock. If you really need an item, go elsewhere. They'll cancel your order, but they won't credit back your money for up to 10 business days. If you really needs those funds to see if you can get the item at another Walmart, forget about it. Authorization holds are a bad business practice in general. If a vendor doesn't have an item in stock, they should immediately credit back the customer's money. I'm too through with Walmart.
This store makes me wonder if Walmart is about to go under!!! Filthy floors, horrible checkers, unfriendly staff, and it took me 30 minutes in the check out line!!!! For me to go out of my way to write this is enough to show how unpleasant my experience was. Come on Walmart...customer service comes first! You need better checkers and more if them.
The store was very disorganized! At the checkout, I ended up not buying all of the things that I needed because the prices were higher at the register than the shelf prices. It was a waste of our time and dissappointing. I do not ever want to go to this wal-mart again.
