Their pharmacy staff competency leaves alot to be desired!
I have a script that needs to be filled monthly. I changed doctors and took my new script to the pharmacy 3 months ago. Well, somehow, they can't find it! NO ONE at the pharmacy would take responsibility for the script (LOST BY WALGREENS) in fact it's calleds "pass the buck" I was asked in no uncertain terms the date that I physically delivered the script to them.....REALLY????? Does anyone remember the exact date 3 months ago when they dropped of their script at the pharmacy???? WOW!!!!
I am dumping them like a bad relationship! Do yourself a favor, DON"T USE THIS WALGREENS PHARMACY, and save yourself the aggrivation.
