ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES! When they do answer the telephone, the guy who answers the telephone for Turimex in San Antonio..210 223-1333, is one of the rudest most verbally abusive operator I have ever spoken with. I called on 4/23/2014 at 3:45 p.m. and he did not answer until almost an hour later. it never went into hold mode either. His command of the English language is poor. HORRIBLE SERVICE. After seeing all the reviews on the web, this company is not one I would trust. They say the drivers are reckless and speed.
Service and courtesy dissappear the soon change drivers in Laredo, tx. A big drawback for Turimex via EaglePass Tx.
I travel regularly this route, for the past year the buses have been the same old bus, and the worst thing is THERE IS NO office in Eagle Pass. Bus arrives around 4:30 AM and your are left there in the middle of a lonely dark street. In case your party does not arrive early enough to pick you up, you are on your own. The tickets are sold at a small restaurant, there are 3 chairs OUTSIDE if you need to sit down and find one empty.
C'mon Turimex-Senda, even people from Eagle Pass pay full price to ride y'know.
Thanks and I hope you all can do something about this.

Turimex/Groupo Senda is the best bus line I have ever used period. If you have ever wanted to go to México this is the company you should use. The only drawback is if you can't speak any Spanish your going to have a headache on your hands. Absolutely great prices and comfortable rides, the bus station itself is small but remember your along for the ride not for the waiting around to be able to go. 4½ out of 5 in my book.

This is the best bus line to travel into Mexico for many reasons. They have courteous and safe drivers and staff and the buses are always kept in good running conditions and kept clean. The best bus to travel on is the Executive; which is the most comfortable and spacious. It's the First-class equivalent to bus travel. Movies are shown on every bus and be sure to bring a coat or blanket because the A/C is cold!
