DO NOT LIVE HERE !!! Numerous criminal activity as well as roach infested . They dont attend to maintenance at all. Huge safety violations.

This place is disgusting. ROACH INFESTED!!! Management is lax and rude!!! Drugs are everywhere. Management does not maintain facilities. AC units are disgusting. Bathroom and kitchens disgusting. Cabinets are falling apart and have been painted over several times on top of the roaches and their eggs. Windows are not screened and don't open. The front doors are not weather striped properly. Don't be fooled. We were fooled. We are gone.

This place is awful. A few months ago when there was some heavy rainfall one of the buildings collapsed. The fire department made us evacuate and the management did nothing to accommodate us. A couple of times when I went looking for them, whoever was in the office would literally run away to avoid talking to me. My boyfriend and I were homeless until we got cleared to go back in. Now our lease was supposed to be finished (finally) and when we went to the office to give our 30 day notice, they said our lease was signed for a year and not seven months like it was supposed to be. The signatures on "our" lease weren't even ours. But they said since that was the lease they had for us there was nothing they could do.

I hate living here with my whole heart and can't wait to get out. Nothing ever gets repaired. There are always police. In fact, my next door neighbor was taken away recently by the police and still hasn't returned.. Hmm.

All I can say is do NOT rent here. They are completely inconsiderate and could care less about the people they rent to.

THE PARK ON BANDERA IS AN AWFUL PLACE.
