went there for a single cupcake that ended up costing me $3.25. I thought maybe it'll be good. it wasn't I could've gotten better from a box. never again!
Whatever you do, if you are reading this take notice. I ordered a birthday cake for my three year old niece. It was supposed to be a "Dora the Explorer" cake, well when I went to pick it up I was truly disappointed. I asked them to please do something to fix it to where it just might resemble the character for my niece. Again, after an hour wait, and watching the Duncan Hines cake mix boxes go into the shop, the second attempt was not much better. I had no choice but to take it. My next stop was Sam's Wholesale. I showed the bakery what a horrible job on the cake that I had just picked up and how I needed something for that afternoon, I just couldn't have that awful cake for the party, let alone serve to the guests. Thank goodness they helped me.
After tasting the Cake Shop cake, well it was dry and awful. I ended up throwing the Cake Shop's cake away, along with $72.00 down the drain. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE.

The cake is usually the focal point of the party, however when it looks like NASTY & your embarrassed to even put it out its NOT a happy experience. Especially when you pay in excess of $47 & you get the most HORRIBLE customer service you have EVER seen from the Owner!This is exactly what happened when I purchased a cake here for a friends bachelorette party. I came to the shop & brought them a photo of how I would like the cake to look. They ensured me that they could recreate the cake. I left the shop & came back three days before the event to drop off my cake topper. I doubled check one more time to make sure that my zebra cake would have full strips & NOT V's as what was seen on their cookies. They said YES & even pointed to a set of zebra plates to reference the pattern.When it was picked up, it looked NOTHING like the picture. I would tell u more but no room!
Their carrot cake is out of this world. If you get a piece of cake to eat in the shop, be sure to order a cup of their coffee.
This place is the pallet's delight.
