  After paying $5k for engine replacement…

  After paying $5k for engine replacement and expecting good work....NOT! It cost another $7k to repair the damage done by this shop. Untrained, inexperienced, unprofessional and no customer service. They charge the same as a professional boat shop. I would NOT recommend this shop.

  Sloppy yard--the whole atmosphere of the…

  Sloppy yard--the whole atmosphere of the place is disorganized, capital D--Price estimate was doubled at the end, then he cut it back some, so it would seem like a good deal--final price was about the same as I was quoted at the top shops in town, and it took 2 weeks to get a one hour repair job done--I am not impressed and would not consider going back--when I got home I found that a small plastic item which I had just purchased new before I gave the unit to them was gone--minor deal--$6--but I had just replaced it, and now will have to replace it again--the motor was returned with grass in the water intake, so I guess that their test tank is as dirty as everything else in their place--not sure how the rest of the repairs will turn out, cause I just got the motor back & haven't tried it on the water yet- Thanks, Wayne!--Oh, and if you want to threaten someone like you did on the other review, save your breath--we will never meet and if I see you here at my place, the cops will be happy to haul you off--cause you are not welcome here--I thought it was rather rude of you to not even acknowledge my existence when I walked up and patiently waited my turn, and then you just walked away and out to your truck without so much as a "hi" or hello to an obvious customer--I really felt special after dealing with you--NOT!

  Poor service, poor quality and not a…

  Poor service, poor quality and not a place for boat repair. Said they are not reponsible for repairs they just replace. I am at greater than 5k and my boat is still not repaired. The damage caused by The boat shop is still racking up $1200 so far. Stranded multiple times due to poor work by The boat shop. Tried to work with this shop, they just pointed fingers at others. I kept taking the boat back, Wayne just let my boat sit and rott. Your boat will be used as salavage/parts for other boats. They will not honnor thier work nor repair the damage they cause. Say they will call back and don't. Left my boat uncovered filled with water, mud and grease hand prints everywere. This is NOT a place that honnors quality or customer service.

  worst place ever!

  worst place ever!! they say they will call you but never do. They always have an excuse for any problems. I went to pick up my boat and it was full of water. I had a boat cover but they didn't bother to secure it after working on boat. It had cat crap in it. They probably did about $800 worth of damage to my boat and said they were only responsible for the work they did and not the boat itself. They do work and replace parts without asking you. Take your boat somewhere else.

  Apparently you have the wrong shop, me as the owner would like to know this person that is that unhappy and have a professional conversation with this person.
