        We were in town for a death in the family and to settle the estate. My Grandmother had a few substantial pieces of gold jewelry and some gold coins. Called this place, and the man was extremely rude. He was the only one to not give me general pricing information. I would not visit this store if my life depended on it, especially after seeing how 3 other places here handled my phone call in a professional manner. Smug, short, condescending and extremely rude!!!
