Worst experience ever! The parking was terrible. I spent 15 minutes trying to find a parking spot. As we were seated & drinks were brought to us, My daughter tells the waitress, ""excuse me ma'am but there is a dead fly in my glass."" The waitress felt annoyed & brought her another glass of ice. I felt like she just took out the ice & brought back the same glass. She didn't apologize or anything. So I just blew it off. The cashier asked me if everything was ok. I said well...my daughter found a dead fly in glass of ice & grossed out. No apology was given or anything. Just ok it will be $10.81. I said ok. No problem I just thought I should share that w/u ma'am. Since you asked if everything was ok. So I was polite & left. Hellooooo!! What ever happened to bieng courteous to you customers. I didn't want anything free. But at least apologize. Not too much to ask for. I will never eat there again. But I gurantee you I will call the Health dept.
