Super Cleaners

I cannot tell you how many times in 4 yrs of they provided poor results but was for convenience and price inherently lulled into staying with them until they finally delivered me two bags of crappy wrinkled shirts and ruined one that was to have been spot cleaned and 'set' the stains into the shirt and how surprising ... they couldn't get them out! had to hound them constantly for over two months to any feedback or status to have them finally say it's ruined and not our fault and wont take responsibility for it... avoid them at all cost! for a $50 shirt they were willing to let a 4 yr customer fume off and take no action... not to mention their constant poor spotting jobs!

The absolute worst cleaners I have ever been to. I dropped off my clothes before noon on Friday and was informed my dry cleaning would be done Monday after 5. I arrive at 5:20 and they did not have all my dry cleaning. When I call back and ask if my dry cleaning is there Lisa, a worker there, responds with "Who's this!?" not "Sure, let me check. May I have your name?" or even a "May I have your ticket number?" When I finally arrive home with my dry cleaning I take the plastic off to find the worst press job my slacks have ever had. I don't have the thousand dollar machines they use and I could have done a better press job with my Rowena steam iron. What ever you do please avoid this cleaners at all cost. Their service is obviously poor and the quality of their work needs much improvement.
