Don't do it!

Don't do it! After one week of getting a new set of nails, three of my nails just broke! I called the shop and asked for the technician.... she was off. I was told that no one else could fix them for me, and that she had to fix them herself.

When I called the following day to speak to the technician, she said "who told you that?!" "I'm too busy and I cannot fix them for you." Horrible job, and they acted like they didn't want to make it right. I'll never go back to Studio Nails & Spa. If I could give 0 stars I would. Convenient location, but horrible customer service.
