Spa d' Sante

Don't waste your money! Their rates may be low but you will ripped-off. Advertising says 1 hour massage, yet the last few visits I have been, the visits are reduced by 10 mins ...pay the extra and go to an honest spa where the time advertised is what you get.



I was a regular customer at Stone Oak and Bulverde up until recently. My past 2 visits were cut short. The therapists do not come and get you from the waiting area until mins after your scheduled time, then they cut the massage short so that they don't fall too far behind.



I would rather take my money and use another Spa Salon that does what they advertise they will do. Spa D'Sante is a rip-off to me and not worth it anymore. I have told all of my friends not to frequent their facilities but rather to pay extra and go elsewhere.

I have been to Spa D'sante numerous times and have been pleased every time. I absolutely love the staff here. They are very professional and nice.



Lisa F. is the best massage therapist that I have ever been to. She has done different types of massage on me like Swedish (more relaxing) to sports massage. She gives a great sports massage. I run a lot and she knows exactly what I need every time.

Disapointing!!!!!!!



They voided my gift card, how could that be possible? Just because I miss my appointment they wouldnt take it anymore. My husband gave me two gift cards for christmas. Planning on using the mud wrap, but they voided for not showing! Is a gift card for god sake, ($95), the lady there told me to use the other one then and lose the mud wrap.

They never told me about their policies. Plus she said I got an email for confirmation and policies, but I never got it because she mispelled it in the first place!!!! So be careful and think twice. It was going to be my first time, plus I just got to this country 11 months ago and had a baby two months before I had my appointment and ready to be pampered.



I file a complaint to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!! Please if something similar happened to you, file a complaint.
