I was promised my glasses in just over a week. They were replacing the lens in my everyday frames. I called several times to see what the delay was. I was told that Kodak broke my frames. After waiting for an update I called again. I was told that UPS lost the glasses and later that day I was told they had come in. This is 4 weeks later. No price adjustment was made and I was told they were sending the broken frames back to Kodak. Now why would they do that?? $$ I think Vision Source needs to remember that time is money and my time is just as valuable as theirs. Blaming Kodak means nothing to me. My order was placed with Vision Source!
