Would have put starless establishment.
Ive been in sales 10 years. & have never been treated so badly.
Went with my husband tonight after visiting the hospital next door.
Ordered mint in hot water, it was the girls first night she never brought it another girl brought out black tea which is what the first waitress mistakenly ordered for us. I told the new girl I wanted just mint in hot water she said she would ask the manager to help.... she never came back an hour later we asked the manager for the bill...not drinking but a sip, to realise it wasnt mint...
We told him we wanted the bill & we are not paying for the tea because it is not what we ordered. HE REFUSED TO BRING THE BILL BEFORE HE MADE MORE TEA the wrong type again we said no we want to leave its been an hour since we got the tea we are done with dinner,,,,,we asked 2 times for the right order for mint in hot water.
THE MANAGER REFUSED TO TAKE IT OFF THE BILL & THREATENED MY HUSBAND AND I THAT WE COULDNT LEAVE BY FORCE ....he would deal with us OR HE WAS CALLING POLICE FILING THEFT CHARGES....
WE had to call police to make sure we left safely....sad
WE WAITED ANOTHER hour for police
At that time the owner told the officer we didnt have any money to pay the bill and we intended to walk out on the bill.....called US LIARS & THIEVES...lol

There was one day a while back that my boyfriend and I ended up going here 3 different times in one day...yes...it's THAT good. The food is excellent and they have a wide variety of teas and hookah flavors. Almost every time I've gone here it's been bustling with people. Sometimes we go for a meal and sometimes what draws us to this place is the atmosphere. It's unlike anywhere else in SA. And one of the best parts is that it's open so late...a perfect way to end a night. Great people Great service Great food.

Shisha Cafe is hard to miss with the beautiful colorful lights in the tree aside the building and the bright neon sign on the building, . The new additions to the menu were a pleasant eye opener. This night I chose to take my order to go as per the weather was a bit chilly. I have no complaints on the dish ordered: Lamb Tikki plate- fresh, delicious, and filling. The Warak Inab ( Persian/Greek Dolmas) were right on target with my taste buds. I prefer them warm to the taste but eating them cold has no bearing on my review. I can never turn down dessert if it's Baklava. As far as the Hookha's, no complaints The tobacco is fresh and the aroma is memorable. I ordered more than I could actually eat and it was a filling and most heavenly meal. Shisha Cafe is a great place to socialize with friends and hopefully make new ones. I appreciate them being open on Easter. I highly recommend Shisha Cafe.

This cafe is small in size but full of life. Middle Eastern style dips, salads, plates, and sandwiches are served- price is super affordable! Chicken Shawerma is excellent with garlic sauce, fresh fruit smoothies, juices, teas, and mint lemonade make you come back for more. No alcohol is served however the atmosphere is full of life- gets very crowded from Friday and Saturday. Opens at 6pm and closes at 2am everyday except on Friday and Saturday- closes at 4am. Check out website for full menu: shishacafesa.
