        Our Resident's happiness is in every Care Plan! We feel that choice is the key to our resident's satisfaction and happiness. They feel empowered by choice. Ask any resident of any Assisted Living home and they will tell you that the food will make or break their opinion of the facility. At Seraphim, all meals are made from scratch. We are also happy to incoporate family recipes and holiday favorites. Breakfast is one of the largest meals of the day. Our residents have the choice of eggs cooked their style with toast, bacon, sausage or ham. If a lighter breakfast is their preference; a continental breakfast is available. Lunch is our largest meal of the day, which includes a good balance of protein, starch and fresh vegetables. When at all possible, fresh vegetables and salads are incorporated in every meal. Fruits and snacks are available around the clock, and hydration is a priority. We offer water, juice, tea and coffee for our residents. Part of our activity program engcourages the particiption of residents who are able and wish to: prep for meals, bake and assist in flower gardening. The feeling of being useful is good for our resident's self esteem! Dinner is a lighter meal, as many residents retire early. Families are welcome to dine with their loved ones. Special Events such as Birthdays and Holidays are a big deal at Seraphim because this is your loved one's home, and we hope you will consider it yours as well!
