Poor service at Thousand Oaks Clinic, San Antonio, TX
This clinic has become very poor in service and attention. Sitting in the waiting room takes an average of 45 min to one hour to get waited on. The doctors and nurses appear to be competent; but their service appears to be less than desired due to a high volume of patients being served. My comment above is based on approximately two years of service. Pros: Competancy shows only after being served by the Doctors and Nurses Cons: Competancy is affected by the very long waiting time. Overall user rating: Below Average
