Salado Springs Apartments

I'm feel for those who have a hard time with "breaking their lease". But this property is very nice and the staff is very nice as well. Any issues that I have had were addressed immediately by the outstanding maintenance men. I have lived here for years and would recommend to anyone.

The apartments are a nice place to live in, but what really makes me upset about this place is the staff. You can never get ahold of the front office. You have to call at least 30 times for someone to finally answer and then they take so long to take care of any issue you might have. I also hate their attitude towards the tenants. For the amount they charge in rent, i'd expect better service. Oh, and don't even count on them giving you a break if you need to break the lease early, no matter what the reason is. Like i said before, the place is nice and the complex is in a great location, but I wouldn't recommend it for the reasons I just mentioned.

This place is O.K. for renting but if you have a chance to break a lease, I do not recommend this apartment. They suck your money out dry. We had a rent with them and after a couple month of renting, we had to move out because we bought a house. We had to pay the entire year of renting except a couple months. In additions, they charged additional fees. Basically, we paid the entire year of the rent.
