This place could be better and this place could be worse. Parking is a big crock, I have seen more dog feces here than anywhere in my life and you are paying for it just look at the dog park. They over charge on the water bill and can't give any explanation why its so high yet I see them waste water on stupid plants and grass up front not to mention the broken water pipes where it looks like a spring in the complex. The TLC energy company doesn't exist that you are suppose to pay your water bill to. I could go on and on. It gets 3 stars because I haven't heard any gun shots yet and there are worse places.

Absolutely horrible! Cockroach infested, extremely ghetto/shady people, in the parking area at all times, including kids, which there are a lot of. The walkways are not well lit. And charges, not only charging for parking but overcharging for the water bill. Rude and exceptionally incompetent staff in office.

When I walked through this complex I did not see any of the negative things some of reviews have said. It was very clean and friendly. By the way a lot of the reviews sounded like they came from the same person. Plan to move in soon.

but with these additions. The new owners are actively fixing up their property. They seem to care about it. It was neglected, dangerous before Lynd came along. The managers? We haven't needed their help so can't comment on whether they're responsive or helpful. I would hope that they spell out what are the policies here and enforce them cause some of these folks are despicable. Unsupervised kids are one of the biggest problems. Kids between 7 and 11 years old, wild and will challenge you if you dare say something about them throwing rocks or running in the parking lots. They're constantly messing around other people's cars. We have cracked windows from them throwing rocks at windows and cars and each other. Wish they'd get rid of the landscape rocks! I think we'd be in a much better place if the parents were compelled to get out of bed and watch their children. Unless one of them comes up dead or hurt nothing will change. Besides the dope heads, kids left to their own devises will bring a place down quicker than anything. All of this can be placed at the lap of absentee 'parents' who need to stop pawning their kids off on the community and take responsibility. I recommend renting here to others with the current owners. They have much to do to bring this long neglected place around but they're trying and doing a great job.

This is no place to get comfortable and raise a family. Dope dealers, parolees and the like have established their culture here. Emphasis is on occupancy rate not necessarily tenant quality. Trashed grounds, trashy people, windows are thin and need to be insulated, the vinyl strips are cracked and old letting air out, warped thresholds. Mold and a god awful smell of human waste gases emit from the bathrooms. Broken windows. Rusted sinks and tubs. Fuggetabout maintenance. Roaches everywhere. Animal waste everywhere. Trashed grounds. Everything is old and just patched and painted over. Don't be easily impressed by the recent paint job. Absentee parents don't supervise their kids there's no place for them to be cause the parents don't want them so they run wild like throwing rocks at cars on property for the hell of it. All walkways could use a serious power wash. Property smells of animal waste continuously. Dopers switch off building lights and carports to facilitate dope slinging. Druggies love darkness. It's not economical or safe to rent here. Water pressure and hot water come and go as of late. Don't know why. High water bills. High electric bills because units have major air loss points. The owners have neglected this dump over the years and what you rent is nothing more than a roof over your head and not a clean one at that. Rent at your own risk but research the place. There are many very good honest reviews on the internet about this place. Management will present this wonderful place to be but shut the door on any of your complaints once you're on board. This seems to be the way investment apartments operate now a days. You'd think they'd want to maintain and protect their property. It's low rent here for a reason. Think about it. Prepare to pay every month for a good screwing but without K.Y. Two hundred and eighty two units of basically slum.

DON"T MOVE IN. Once this place was nice, NOW it a dump. Not enough dumpsters, and they cut the dumpster pick up to once a week from 2, as such the dumpsters were ALWAYS over filled. And along came the bugs, when the dumpsters were empty the bugs would go into your apartment. They fired the ONLY reliable repair man and now nothing gets fixed. The manager is a joke and does not care about anything but his paycheck. I know the owners doesn't live on site (probably not even in the State) and it shows.
