        SA FITNESS is the friendliest gym! The owners care about the members and are always around to answer any questions or show you how to work a piece of equipment. I also like that it is always clean. It's so convenient to stop in on my way home.Highly recommend!

        I am so glad that I found Sa Fitnesss and thin and healthy's total solution. It is a great gym and a great weight loss program. I know this is a lifestyle change and that fitness and nutrition will always be a part of my life.

        I love this gym! It has everything, from cardio, free weights, saunas, weight loss, and lots of personal attention. The thin and healthy program that is part of the gym is great! I get one on one nutrional coaching, customized workouts, and the motivation to keep going!

        If you want to feel like part of the family, Sa Fitnness is it! There are a lot of different equipment and ammenties, like dry saunas! I am currently on the program thin and healthy and I have lost 10lbs in my 1st month, I feel great because it is a lifestyle change, not just another diet. Do it because it works
