Not much waiting which is good. The doctor and assistant were very professional and friendly. I liked the fact that they gave us free skin care product samples to try at home.

My problem was accurately diagnosed. The doctor spent enough time with me. There was appropriate follow up after my visit. I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

Dr ross was very thorough. She is very intelligent but talked to me like I was a friend. It was easy to get an appointment. The wait time was short during my visit. The staff was professional and friendly. I waited for about 5 minutes at the office before seeing the doctor.

Dr Ross is extremely knowledgable and I have never doubted that she has my needs as a patient at the top of her priority list. Before seeing Dr. Ross I had seen several other Dermatologists and none of them could figure out what was going on with this strange rash I had gotten on my legs. Thankfully I went to her, she was able to figure it out and I was rid of that terrible rash in about 2 weeks. Thanks Dr. Ross.
