  The entire process went perfect.

  The entire process went perfect. Each visit, I was greeted by a friendly staff and Dr. Ross allocated more than enough time to our appointment. Obviously anyone who says this is not a great office is not giving truthfull feedback. The pricing is very affordable and the procedures are top of the line.   Not what I expected of a dermatologist…

  Not what I expected of a dermatologist with such high ratings. The office and equipment old and dated, the doctor could not give me a straight dx, wasn't sure what exactly I have, did not run any test to conclude dx. I left her office with more questions than answewrs

  This continues to be my top choice for all my skin care needs. From Botox to chemical peels to the amazing hair removal Dr. Ross and her staff are amazing!! And they really know what they are doing. They provide exceptional service, obviously well trained and educated. Very much the top in their fields. I wouldn't go anywhere else in San Antonio.   My daughter was running a high fever with a cough since Friday morning. I insisted that she see a doctor, there is a doctor’s office down the street from our house we made an appointment. They were great and were able to get her some medication and instruction for getting better. Thanks
