Horrible experience using Groupon credit at Rose Cleaners. Went to De Zavala location and the lady quoted me a price with the coupons from their company website. I showed her the Groupon credit downloaded on my iPhone, but she said that the credit could not be used in conjunction with the coupons. I showed her the Groupon on my cell phone. There were other exclusions (no leather, no laundry, etc), but there was no exclusion for using in conjunction with company coupons. Not even a statement that "other exclusions may apply." Nothing. Still, she refused. I asked her to call her area supervisor (Jesse) and talked with him. He very reluctantly agreed to honor the terms on the electronic Groupon credit, and asked to speak with the lady at the desk. To my amazement, she continued to argue with him, trying to convince him to reverse his decision. Even more amazingly, she was successful! She cited a separate document provided to her that contradicted the electronic Groupon provided to me (the customer).
Even beyond the issue of the price involved, I am shocked Rose Cleaners execs would agree to one set of terms that would be provided in electronic format to the customer, and another set of terms and conditions that would be provided in print to the store. Were they not paying attention? And how can they blame the customer for that? Now, I have to complain to Groupon and try to get my money back. No way will I do business with a company that demands I adhere to exclusions with which they never provided me. Hope that $10 was worth it to them.

Hadn't used this cleaners for a couple of years because a $1.99 cleaners opened up very nearby. But, I decided to give it a try again and boy do I regret this. Dropped off one load including two alterations and had to go back 4 times for this single load. And, they lost a pair of Polo Khakis. I called the owner a couple of times and he has ignored me. I am out $80 and all they could say was that I, not them, lost the pants! Don't be deceived by the seemingly sweet older red headed lady behind the counter. She is sweet until they lose something of yours. Then, she becomes Trump-like and puts the blame on you! Unbelievable. I am actually considering filing a lawsuit because I do not know what else to do. It will be a big shame to file suit over a pair of khakis! Oh yeah, I was charged for an alteration in the same load even though they did not do the alteration! Do not use this cleaners or it will be a matter of time before you have a similar experience. \r
Rose Cleaners & Laundry partnered with The Ceneter for Women at Our Lady of the Lake University to help give about 100 girls the opportunity to have a fabulous prom this year! They were completely amazing their employees even gave dresses!! Phenominal.
There service is very very very quick. Whatever I need. You can always rely on them to get the clothes back fast & in perfect condition. The staff is always very friendly & is very willing to help you load your items into your vehicle. They are always very gentle with each garment I bring into them. I highly enjoy using this service each & everytime & do recommend it to people.

When we had a fire in our home four years ago all of our clothing had to be specially cleaned and that horrible smoke odor eliminated. Rose Cleaners came highly recommended to us. The knowledgeable, friendly staff came right out and gathered up all of our clothing. They even did a rush job of the clothes that we needed at no extra charge. They took the extra time and care to make sure everything came out ok. They were not happy until we were happy and that is the way it should be. Since then, we go there every week.
