I went here for lunch on a weekday.
I ordered the rancheros enchiladas from the lunch menu. The enchiladas, rice and refried beans were excellent. I also had a homemade corn tortilla on the side. It was great.
They brought out chips and 3 types of salsa. The salsas were ok. Not bad but not great. The chips were average. They appeared to be store bought.
The sweet tea was good.
The lunch menu items were only $5.99 and this included tea. Great value.
Customer service was very good.
I will go back.

absolutely horrible customer service and poor business practices.
i had not been to rolando's since i was probably 8 years old, i am now 24. i went with a friend of mine. we got the same taco and hers was clearly not as filled and was lacking the amount of cheese that it should have had. i asked for a bit more cheese for my friends taco and they charged me for it!
not only was the taco not adequate, they charged me to make it right. when i attempted to take it up with the OWNER, a manager stepped in and said she personally made the tacos and they were fine. she was rude and refused to remove the fifty cent charge for the cheese that should have been in the taco to begin with.
i have never experienced such lack of customer service or poor business practices from a small business. i've been to plenty of family owned restaurants and this has to be the worst experience ive ever had. I will not be going back to be treated like this again.
save your money and go to some place respectable like ""cristan's tacos"" on 1401 hilderbrand or 401 san pedro.
