While in downtown San Antonio today I decided to get a wax hand at Ripley's believe it or not... The Ripleys museums are great!! They have a lot of statues and characters to touch and pose with. Yes there is some reading to do but it's not too intensive. They also have fun things for the kiddo's to do. They can play on the interactive 2nd floor and make a wax hand. Nothing too scary unless you go to the haunted house but the museum itself is very entertaining and well worth the price. Believe it or not! Wax Museam was ok, but some of the figures did not look accurate at all. There is a shop inside the museam where they can take a picture of you and place it inside an astronaut, dancer, etc which was pretty neat. There is also a haunted wax area which is a good place to take a date too. The Believe it or not area was pretty boring though mostly reading plaques on a wall.... I would try the Ripleys Believe it or ... view moreWas this review helpful?Yes No|Flag AbuseReview provided by: Citysearch
