Quality Product and Excellent Service

I was referred to Richardson's lighting by a friend and was very happy with the quality of product and helpful staff. At first I thought I wouldn't be able to afford what I wanted, but after looking through their inventory I noted that many of the lights I loved were on sale! Over Priced & Horrible People

Very rude man I spoke to. He is the one with one arm. He smelled and dressed like he just got home from working on a farm. I could have handled that, but he was just plain rude. He seemed bothered when I asked questions and treated me as if I was privileged to be there.

I would recommend this company to anyone building a new home. They were very helpful and gave me lots of ideas on product available. All the products were delivered in great condition and they problem solved my ceiling fan issues after the product was installed. Their experience was a big plus. I shopped around and I found the prices were very competitive.

BAD SERVICE!!

When I first walked in I thought the service was excellent. I had a picture of exactly what I was looking for and they confidently said they could special order the exact light fixture in the magazine I provided. I asked several times if what they were ordering would look just like the picture, and they assured me it would be.
