Clean and professionally managed. Let's keep it that way by by deterring people from bring their toddlers that go unsupervised and spoil what would have been an enjoyable evening
HOW CAN I CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE IF IT'S NOT POSTED !!!
I'M SURE "SOMEBODY" HAS THE TIME TO ADD THE SCHEDULE OF MOVIES PLAYING TO THE WEB SITE INSTEAD OF ME TRYING TO FIND THEM BY WASTING MY TIME.
I KNOW YOU HAVE ENOUGH BUSINESS THAT YOU DON'T NEED MY PATRONAGE, BUT THAT'S THE LEAST YOU CAN DO. FOUR STAR RATING??? NOT!
I took my kids there to watch a KIDS movie. We were asked to leave, because my daughter was walking around on the lower level where no one was sitting. She was not mking ANY noise, but someone complained and we were told to leave. I Was soo angry. I have taken my kids to other movie theaters an NEVER been asked to leave. I will NEVER go there again!!! It's run by a lot of punk teenagers that do not know how to talk or respect an adult. (had my daughter made noise I would take her out.)

Our car was broken into while the security guards were in the front entrance talking. Not only our car but other cars around us had also been broken into. When we asked security why they weren't monitoring the parking lot they told us it was not their job. Then we asked about the video surveillance camera (which they have signs posted everywhere that the cars are being monitored by the security camera). How convenient that the security cameras we were told had not been working for the past 4 days. Then we asked why there wasn't a sign at the entrance warning the patrons that the cameras were not working and we got the Deer In the Headlights expression. Then the manager went on to tell us how many times his car had been broken into in that same parking lot (even in this hard economy why would you want to work somewhere that your car gets broken into all the time?) And the security guards explained to us how often the cars get broken into even demonstrating what the thiefs do and how they do it while patrons are in the theater watching a movie. I could not believe my ears! After filing a report with SAPD (who were extremely helpful and also shocked by our treatment and us being told this happens all the time 'oh well'). I am warning you to attend this theater at your own risk, we learned our lesson tonight and will never attend this theater again.

When this theatre opened it was very nice, however, in a very short period of time it became a teen hangout. They are rude and are experts at the use of profanity. This theatre is always filthy and the bathrooms are never cleaned. Many of the toilets don't work, or are stopped up with toilet paper, and the toilet seats have urine all over them. I had not been to this theatre in several years and thought I would try them to see if things had changed. They have not!

5/5 reviews here are likely by management. I avoid this theater at all costs, ESPECIALLY on weekends. On any given night, Regal Cielo Vista 18 is buzzing with smelly teen/preteen punk kids who are using their cell phones while they're in the movie and probably checking your car for valuables while they're not. Parents drop these kids off and expect theater staff (punk kids themselves) to be responsible for them.\r \r What's worse is this personal incident: My wife and I took a cab to the theater since we were new to S.A. and didn't have our car here yet. We suffered through the day care/theater experience. The weather had turned cold and rainy by the time the show was over, so we stood by the exit door to watch for our cab.\r Now get this: A Regal employee was sent by management to tell us that we couldn't wait at the doors, and if we didn't have a ticket for a show (that hadn't already played) then we'd have to leave the building and wait for our cab on the curb, in the rain! I was so _____ off that I simply refused and told him his manager would have to either come out so I could tell him what I though about it first, or call the police to have us removed because my wife and I were going to wait right there until our cab came and NEVER come back.\r \r Cab came shortly after the confrontation, we left, and haven't been back.\r \r Moral of the story: Regal Cielo Vista 18 is bad news.\r For a more adult themed theater, try Alamo Drafthouse @ westlakes. But even there can be rowdy on weekends. Alternatively, I'd recommend a Santikos theater.

I love this theater because its so close to great restaurants and Ingram Mall. The greatest thing is how sophisticated the theater staff is.

The best part about the theater is it's location. It's about a 30 second walk to a Bennigan's, Texas Roadhouse, Laserquest, Ingram Park Mall across the freeway, at least 2 chinese restraunts and a about 12 other resteraunts and bars within a 5 min drive. The only con is that it's right behind a Highschool, so weeknights are crammed with teens.

This theatre is very comfortable and has a wonderful atmosphere. The lobby area has many games and ""coming soon"" fliers. This theatre also takes part in communtiy attractions.
