Your First Vision Exam at Vision Source When you come for your first eye exam with our optometrists, we'll talk with you about any eye concerns you may have. It's a good idea to write down any symptoms that you've been experiencing, to discuss with our eye doctor. During your appointment, we'll test your eyesight to see if your prescription for eyeglasses and/or contact lenses needs an update. We'll also test you for a variety of eye conditions that can result in vision deterioration. While some vision decline over time is unavoidable, many eye conditions are treatable and most easily remedied when detected early. In addition to standard vision exams, we offer eye function testing, LASIK surgery, eye injury treatment and glaucoma testing. While we do treat eye emergencies, we encourage you to go to your local emergency room if you have an emergency outside of office hours. I have been going to see Dr. Trevino since 2010, I will never look for another eye doctor as long as he is in practice locally. I went to a different doctor everytime I wanted new glasses for years. I am glad I found Dr. Trevino. He is the nicest guy and his staff is super friendly as well. Good selection of glasses and easy to work with. Thanks for keeping me seeing clearly.
