Incompetence

Ordered a few pizzas online and was told that they had processed the order at the incorrect location. I have been waiting over an hour and a half for my order and was given the run around from both managers at both locations once my order was handed over to another Pizza Hut. Will not be ordering from PH again as they don't seem to care about a regular customer (generally place an order once every two weeks) and they couldn't manage to offer me a free soda or some sort of apologetic gesture. Locations were Bulverde Rd and Huebner Rd.
