We have never had any issues and have taken our two dogs and one cat there for the past three years. The dogs love going there for grooming and it only takes a couple of hours and not the whole day like other groomers. Cut looks great on our Goldendoodle and they are tough to groom. Price is right too. We are happy and not sure what Sarah G saw but would help if she put it in writing.

please do not subject your animals to this AWFUL establishment! customer service and knowledge is lacking majorly! would not leave my pet alone with them after seeing what I saw

I had an appointment to have my dog groomed. They hadn't written down the appointment so said "sorry". I am very angry. It is a big hassle for me to take my dog to the groomer. I have to borrow my husband's truck because my dog is not a lap dog.

They are the best. Everyone there are friendly but professional. I wanted some special treatment of my Shih Tzu but the groomer came out and showed me how awflul it would if she did it that way. Thank goodness she showed me. When we picked him up he came out wagging his tail. He was happy. That says a lot for this Pet Adventure. He smelled wonderful. His cut was perfect.
