OpenSided M R I of San Antonio

Unprofessional, Zero stars. Appears to be customary to double book (for a single MRI machine w/45-60 min appointments). Open MRI of San Antonio was running 2 hours behind schedule for morning appointments, purposely failed to notify me I would not be attended until 2 hours AFTER my scheduled afternoon appointment. The female scheduler stated she didn't inform me timely because I had such a lengthy travel time to arrive for my late afternoon appointment (???); 2 hr wait was only disclosed after I had arrived 15 min (beforehand for paperwork as instructed), waited 20 min after my scheduled time. Another elderly patient & family swore to have been "forgotten" when I arrived. No apology, wait time was mentioned. I was informed (upon scheduling weeks before) of their strict rescheduling policy for all tardy patients (15 min +). I chose not to conduct business w/them, filed a complaint w/the Better Business Bureau (NOT part of BBB). This appears to be about their bottom line not your MRI.
