I live behind this park. The owner leaves abandoned and derelict units on site until the lots are rented. We had two decaying, empty units next door for well over four years.

the owner, charlie is sure a scrooge. he denied my application and did not even called me to let me know, so i went to his office and he said in a really rude tone that it was denied because of my hubby's record which his record is nothing serious. plus later i heard from other tenants that he cursed at a tenant and was getting violent with the tenant.
